Shipment processing time:
All orders are processed within 5-7 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.
Customs, Duties and Taxes:
Vibrant Publishers is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
Vibrant Publishers is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.
Shipment confirmation & Order tracking:
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order is shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 3 business days.

In order to be eligible for a refund, you must return the product within 14 calendar days of your purchase. The product must be in the same condition that you receive it and undamaged in any way.
After we receive your item, our team of professionals will inspect it and process your refund. The money will be refunded to the original payment method you’ve used during the purchase.
If the product is damaged in any way, or you have initiated the return after 14 calendar days have passed, you will not be eligible for a refund. Refund will be generated if the books are purchased from www.vibrantpublishers.com otherwise refund will not be provided.

If you want refund for any product, you must mail us the book details and the reason for refund. You also have to provide proof of purchase while claiming for refund.
Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
