Organizational Behavior Essentials You Always Wanted to Know is a well researched and a great resource to reference as you learn everything about organizations from individuals, leaders, and everything in between. This is not light reading by any means, but the information provided is such pertinent information that can be beneficial to any organization.
I honestly think this should be required reading for organizations in all areas of expertise as it gives much needed information for responses to different situations that can happen to many organizations. The quizzes at the end of each chapter really help to gauge where you are in your knowledge, something I found to be supremely helpful.
Though this resource is more on the textbook spectrum I still found it supremely beneficial, and I’m sure you will too.
