--Joyjit Pal
Strategy Consultant, Deloitte
The book would provide a good introduction for newcomers to BI and for managers. I like the way she approaches projects by starting with the desired KPIs. What we find useful is mocking up some data with Excel or even Power BI Desktop to show users what we're talking about and to demonstrate the potential KPIs. I liked the way the book leaned into prescriptive analytics as well. This is an area that so many books ignore.
-- Dr. Greg Low
Consultant, Public Speaker, and Member of Microsoft RD Program in Australia
The book is an excellent resource for anyone interested in data analytics. Whether you're a student, professional, or simply a curious learner, this book provides the knowledge and tools needed to navigate and excel in the world of data analytics.
-- Tamer Abu Rouk, Space Engineer
Great book! It helped me understand all we can do with data analytics tools and, thanks to this book, I have started to implement some data analytics techniques at my own job!
-- Sara Szasz, Chief Economist

The authors have done a great job making analytics approachable. Its not overly technical, yet thorough. The Business Intelligence book was especially strong in explaining tools and trends. Would love to see more real-world case studies in future editions.
The books in this combo are structured beautifully. I appreciated how each concept was introduced with real-world business applications. Great value for money and ideal for B-school students and working professionals alike.
This guide helps bridge the gap between data and decision-making. It covers both foundational knowledge and practical tools. I found the Data Analytics section particularly helpful in understanding predictive modeling. Would recommend for business analysts and consultants.
